“Is it okay to say that?” I wonder to myself. Probably not. Later in the day I tell my wife that I think our baby is cuter than other babies and discover that she’s thought the exact same thing. But she agrees that it’s better not said aloud.

Allie’s First Duet with Daddy [video]

Here’s a short video of 8-month old Allie playing the egg shaker while I play the guitar. It’s her first attempt at playing the egg shaker. At times in the song she gets hungry and tries to eat the shaker (no Allie, it’s not a real egg). Right when verse 2 starts, she even switches from her left hand to her right hand. And at the beginning of the 2nd chorus, she sings along for a note.
